Tosca Structure for topology, shape, bead & sizing optimization

Tosca Structure is the market leading technology for structural optimization based on industry standard FEA packages (Abaqus, ANSYS, MSC Nastran). It allows for rapid and reliable design of lightweight, rigid and durable components and systems. Using topology optimization you obtain optimal design proposals already during design concept. Specific detail improvements through shape and bead optimization respectively make your designs ready for production. With Tosca Structure.sizing you find optimized sheet thicknesses even for large scale applications with up to millions of design variables. The results are designs with optimum relation between weight, stiffness and dynamic behavior.

Tosca Fluid

Tosca Fluid features unique design and non-parametric fluid flow topology optimization technology for components and systems. Utilize full design flexibility and create an innovative, optimized design concept for defined design spaces and flow tasks. No initial design is necessary. Only one solver run is needed using industry-standard CFD solvers.

Tosca advantages

The solution will reduce development times through application of the optimization in a very early stage of the product development cycle, will avoid model abstraction through usability of all solvable model features in the optimization, increase the structural performance of designs and reduce the weight of the products.

4RealSim is a SIMULIA reseller of the process integration and design optimization software Isight in the countries Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg (BeNeLux).

Our team, with multiple years of experience in topology optimization, consists of 6 engineers. They are available to solve technical issues you might encounter when using Tosca or to provide class room trainings (in our office or at the customer site) and mentoring.
